Deal with your nervous in public speaking

Becoming public speaker needs courage. Speaking in public and becoming a center of attention is not easy. Do not worry; there are some tips to handle this uneasiness.

  1. You must realize that other people feel the same when they are in your position right now, so don’t let people that watching you makes you panic.
  2. Speak slowly. Even though you are nervous, don’t let the panic feeling makes you speak too fast or hurried. Besides, if you speak too fast, the chance of having a slip tongue is big, people cannot hear clearly about what you say, and you don’t want that to happen right?
  3. You must really master the topic that you present. The more you mastered the topic, the more confidence you are. If you are confidence, it will affect the way you speak.
  4. If you really panic at that time, you can take some time, take a deep breath and relax a bit. It will help you to calm a little.
  5. You must speak clearly with your mouth wide open and a clear voice. If you do that, people will get impression that you are confidence, and that makes them feeling sure about things that you say.
  6. You can take a deep breath at the end of every topic, and don’t hurry.
